CARDEX EXPORTS

 

We attribute our exports of more than 5,000 metric tons of cardamom per year to our modern equipment and more than 500 employees. We update our equipment on a regular basis, keeping up with all the changes in sorting machines. Eighty percent of our cardamom is bought in the fields, dried, sorted, sized, packed and shipped within a time period of only two weeks from the time of harvest to its loading onto the shipping vessel. All of this process is done maintaining the most aseptic care to assure cleanliness and excelent quality. Our decorticated seeds are treated in order to meet the most strict microbiological standards. The handling of documents, sales and services is done by our experienced professionals utilizing computer technology in order to assure promptness and error free documentation.
